The Symposium Schedule Has Been Revised

The Symposium has been interesting and fun so far (at least for me), but we need to shift the schedule a bit to accommodate absences and hiccoughs from last time. It looks like we'll have to have one last panel on the last day of class to accommodate everybody, given our limited time and scheduling conflicts. To be clear, this e-mail is not an invitation to a million new rescheduling requests, this e-mail is letting you know when you are presenting. About twice as many folks will be presenting next week than last time, so expect the discussions to move quite a bit quicker next time around.
Remember, you need to attend even if you aren't presenting and you need to be prepared to ask questions and make suggestions for your colleagues. If you have A/V requirements, remember to make arrangements so we don't get bogged down, and remember to practice a bit beforehand so you have a feeling for what talking ten minutes feels like. I hope everybody is working on your final
papers over the weekend, and once again I want to strongly encourage you to communicate with me if you are feeling stuck or have questions about your writing.
